Why AutoFollow on Twitter is a bad idea

After recognizing the pattern of complaints by people that have huge numbers of people that they follow, I realized that they must be using one of the Twitter applications set to automatically follow anyone that follows them. At this point in the game, this is just inviting hackers to follow you. Learn how I avoid this.
