What is Ingenio?
Ingenio is the company that provides the billing service I use to conduct my web design telephone consultations. From their web site:

Registration with Ingenio is free, and all you have to do is click the call button below! Look for the “Register Now” button, and simply follow the instructions. You will be connected to me as soon as you’re done. (My availability is displayed on the button, “Call Now” means we will be connected immediately. “Away” status will allow you to make an appointment, so click it anyway!)
