Why and how do I call?
| I’ve been operating a web design and search engine optimization business out of my home for over 7 years now. For a long time, I suffered through the time intensive process of tracking call times with my design clients. Then, there was the billing issue. With Ingenio, I don’t have to track anything at all, and they handle all the billing procedures. I don’t have access to client’s payment information, and my phone doesn’t ring unless I have set them to “Available” status. (I have had some International clients that thought nothing of calling in the middle of the night here in EST!) | While I’m happy to correspond as much as possible via email to clarify a clients needs, there are just some things that are easier to work out during a verbal conversation. Managing multiple clients, and multiple sites of my own is very time consuming… considering that I’m a “one woman operation”. Research and analysis results promised during a phone consultation are sent to you as “Pay To View” emails on Ingenio. The rates for such reports and/or tutorials are determined by the amount of time I take to compile them for you.

Consultations allow my clients to discover possibilities, and weigh their options so that they can make informed decisions.

How to Prepare for your Design Consultation
The best way to prepare for your Design consultation is to fill out the Site Evaluation Form on this page. This form was written in a way that will give you a better understanding of what I need to know about your business, and your site’s goals in order to provide you an accurate estimate of your project’s cost. The form was also written in a way that will allow me to better identify areas in which you may benefit from training, or coaching. Fill out the form to the best of your ability, and we’ll work from there.
What’s next?
When I receive your form, I will evaluate your needs through the information you’ve supplied me with. After I conduct minimal research into your project, I will be contacting you with my consultation recommendation. If I believe my services are a good match for your needs, I will request that you set up a consultation appointment. (This may be via telephone, web meeting, or if you’re local through a personal meeting. Be sure to voice your preference in your comments.) If for some reason, I feel that my services are not going to benefit your business, I will make a referral recommendation if I have a trusted contact that would serve you better.
